The FRESH Framework includes criteria/indicators of effective multi-intervention programs on several thematic or topic-based issues. These indicators were developed between 2010 and 2014 by several experts and organizations. They covered 15 themes or topics listed below. These original indicators are all contained in the FRESH 2014 publication on these Thematic Indicators.
The criteria/indicators on these original 15 topics are gradually being updated and new topics added as time and resources permit. To enable easier access and use, we have extracted the indicators on these 15 topics as well as additional topics as separate documents. Updated versions will be published and web-linked from this page as we move forward in this task.
